We work with you from the start. In the Design Phase, after you decide that you need a new building, we work to discover what building type fits your needs and pocket book. Keep in mind: not every building company makes a unit that is the right fit for all uses. We will take the time to sit down and inform you of all your options before letting you choose the best option.

Here are a couple of useful hints:

Interior Measurements: Most all building kits are sold using the exterior building measurements while your usage needs will be based on interior measurements.

Ceiling Types: Be aware that some buildings have a flat ceiling area while others have a open rafter giving you more usable space overhead.

The next thing we do is to look at where the building will be assembled.  We asses the site's accessibility for delivery purposes and we talk about what type of foundation and floor will be needed for your desired usage. At this point any decisions regarding retaining walls and adjustments in floor height need to be worked out.

Now, the most important point in front of us is what the building is going to look like. Do we need to install over-hinges, dormers, covered porches, cupolas, windows, doors, and overhead doors?
